Introduction	Hi my name is Kim Garcia. I am wife, mother of 5 and grandmother of 4. After running a very busy flower shop I have retired. I am now a Independent Distributor with It Works Global(guess I wasn't ready for retirement)As I sat and thought what do I do with all this time now? I realized I need to get myself in check! After years of neglecting my body I decided it was time for a make over! I have made changes in my lifestyle. Which include making wiser food choices and smaller portions. I still enjoy food(don't we all?)I now exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week. Zumba is a fun way to break a sweat. I was also introduced to the It Works Ultimate Body Applicator(a body wrap)I tried it and quickly added those to my regimen. I was very skeptical at first but After my first wrap I was amazed I actually saw a change. Seeing results had finally given me the motivation I needed to keep going. I now have the 3 keys I need to get myself back into shape. Now I am on a mission to motivate and share with others! So many of us have just forgotten about ourselves we no longer put our health and well being first. I am ready for this journey are you?
