Introduction	I started in the health care field as a Unit Secretary working for one of the local hospitals in this area. After about a year of doing that, I enrolled in a hospital base practical nursing program where I earned my Diploma as an LPN. I worked as an LPN for about 12 years then decided it was time to give my self an advance. I went back to school and earned my Associates Degree from Excelsior College in Albany NY and then finished with my RN. I am proud to be a registered nurse.
