Introduction	I am a 3-year vegan, aspiring chef and a cookie monster to my very core. Please don't place too many expectations upon me for using the noun "chef". I'll ask you to lay heavy emphasis on the "aspiring" part. :) I am without a doubt, at my happiest and most challenged in my kitchen. And I'm hoping one day the plates I concoct in there will manage to appease more than just the mouths of close friends and family. Within this blog you'll find my direst attempts at self-teaching with some personal escapades sprinkled in along the way. After all, the title is Food & Love.
