| Introduction | Greetings fellow travelers and servants of God most High. My name is Joshua Hurt. I have been a follower of Christ for nearly 20 years and have been involved in many facets of ministry over the years. (One of the perks of being both a Preacher's Kid and a Missionary's Kid.) While my life has not revolved entirely around ministry, it has been something that God has continually brought across my path. And so, as of January of 2014, I joined BCM International with the goal of joining their team in Ireland. Along the way, the Lord has brought me the perfect companion for the grand adventure and in the summer of 2014, I married Machaira Adams and whisked her in to the journey ahead. Why Ireland? I suppose that for myself, deep down, it isn't so much the country, the people, or even the color green. It is simply the burning desire to be used in the building of the Kingdom of Heaven and to do so wherever the King of that Kingdom gives the opportunity. I hope you will take the time to get to know me a bit, as well as one may via electronic snippets, and Lord willing perhaps I may one day get to meet you face to face. Until then, Shalom! |
