| Introduction | Allah guided me to Islaam 35+ yrs ago, alhamdulillah (all Praise is for Allah). Islaam is my way of life. It transcends every aspect of my being. To Allah I give my worship and allegiance following the Qur'aan and the authentic Sunnah of the Prophet, salalahu alaihi wa sallam ( peace and blessings be upon him) according to the Salafus Saalih and those who follow them in righteousness until the Day of Judgement. Of great importance is using the Prophetic Medicine as a guide to healthy living. I intend to share numerous ways to optimize the Muslims' health:spiritually, mentally, physically,emotionally and psychologically. I pray that you find it beneficial. |
