| Introduction | I loved to write creatively when I was a kid. As an adult, however, I crash-landed in the world of social services. I have over thirty years experience in the management of community residential programs, ranging from youth and adult corrections to housing for homeless adults and children.
I enter the world of professional creative writing at the age of 54, hoping to fully express my creative core. Consumed by a fierce desire to live a more fulfilling and spiritual mid-life, I am excited to be researching and writing my first narrative non-fiction novel, “The Cotton Picker Scat." |
