Introduction	I'm the sunburnt blonde girl in the tall alpaca socks, hanging on to every word that comes out sounding anything like Spanish. Shouldn't be too hard to spot in Cuzco, the oldest inhabited city in this hemisphere and my beautiful home until May. Fresh out of Mizzou's School of Journalism, I have wandered here with my wonderful friend Annie to climb into the Andes for a view grander than green hills and dollhouse miniatures of the town below: the view of once-impoverished communities that have become self-sustainable. Working here with Peru's Challenge, I can hopefully put some writing skills to the test and spend time loving and serving the people who call these mountains home. And we need your help, too, so come on down.
Interests	i'll go anywhere in the world, eat chocolate and fresh fruit and cheese for every meal, drink orange juice to match the sunrise and sunset, give any sport a go but love field hockey and lacrosse the most, run half-marathons as long as you come too, treasure columbia/mizzou and kirkwood 'til university ave. no longer has a brick road, edit and read anything that contains words, smell so i remember you, celebrate each season, sing on broadway even if its imaginary, love my friends and family b/c they show me what undeserved love looks like, and i'll tell someone's story.
