Introduction	Why the 20-something granny? Because I read more than I party, I listen to classical music, and baking is my absolute favorite hobby in the world. Oh, and I own a pet cat. I am a registered nurse/budding pastry chef/struggling writer. Just like you, I have dreams in life. I believe these are the world's way of telling us what we should really go after. We just need to look past the subconscious and listen. I believed in Chef Auguste Gusteau when said, "anyone can cook!" He became something of a culinary icon in the Disney-Pixar world. White chocolate definitely tastes better with green tea. Trust me. I consider myself an artist, and sugar is my medium. I love making other people happy with my creations. I also love sharing bits and pieces of stuff that I know in baking/cooking, even if I'm just starting out. After all, if you only live for yourself, what good are your skills for anyway? :)
