Introduction	Cooking is exciting to me because when I execute a bangin' dish I really do feel like a superhero. I love to entertain and cook for my friends and family. Like a lot of folks, I have a busy schedule so I'm not always down to cook something for 2 hours in the kitchen. Sometimes I want dinner in 15 minutes. My style of cooking; therefore, is inconsistent as my days are.
