| Introduction | I believe I have an old soul-trapped (happily) in the body of a 30 year old. I'm lucky to have married someone who is similar enough in this respect-but we have enough differences that we balance each other out very well most of the time. I was born in Kansas…but I don’t believe I was meant to live my whole life there and am glad I realized this before ending up in the same small town I grew up in. It makes some people happy, but just wouldn't have been right for me. I'm proud of the fact that my parents are still married after 30 years. I love my brother, but worry about him...A LOT! I love my job and have the utmost respect for the people I work for. I was voted most likely to succeed in my high school class. I sometimes wonder what our high school classmates thought the definition of success was. I feel successful and that's all that matters. Someone told me once upon first meeting me that they can tell I’m sentimental. Reminds me of this line from Fever Pitch: “You’re a romantic. You have a lyrical soul. You can love under the best and worst conditions.” |
