| Introduction | Hi, My name is Andrea Peden and I love to write. I just realized how much I loved to write last summer when I took an online course. However, I also have a double major in English and Elementary Education and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling. Phew! That's a mouthful. After my last stint as a Therapeutic Case Manager, I realized that you can't always find true happiness doing what other people expect you to do. Sometimes you need to find your own path and sometimes that takes a lifetime. In my case, I was 58 years old before I realized what I really wanted to do when I grew up. I wanted to be a writer. So I invite you to join me on this journey as I share poems, fictional and non-fictional short stories, vignettes and other interesting tidbits. |
