Introduction	I went officially On The Road in 1994 when I left my 20 year financial services career and tent camped, with a friend I had known since grade school, for six months through the National Parks System. I was forever changed by this experience. Released from the trappings of our culture to get ahead and strive for more, I was now free to wander and explore our natural world and began my expedition into my internal world as well. And now 15 years later I am still On The Road, although I am settled in one place and not traveling, my internal expedition continues. This blog is dedicated to the sharing of this journey and my newest passion, Myofascial Release - John F. Barnes Method.
