Your bow is not broken but you've run out of arrows. How can you fake being a bard?
I get the impression that the author of this question got "bard" and "archer" more than a little confused. If they didn't and it's just a weird question, then I would have to say that I'd use the bow as a modified bass guitar and sing jazzy tunes.
