| Introduction | Daughter of the King. I married my best friend and the best friend anyone could ever ask for. Mother of 3 by birth and 1 by the grace of God. Kylee age 10 is the keeper of beauty in our home. She gives art and dance meaning. She inspires me daily. Caleb age 8 is the protector of our family and is the most loving and generous child I have ever known. Joshua age 6 has a strong will and persuasive tongue...gifts for an amazing leader someday. Hannah 23 is the big sis, and a fixture in our family, we are not complete without her. If stumbling on my page and have read our adoption story, you know that God gave us 2 other children for a season to foster and love in the beautiful country of Uganda. I am a lifetime learner. I seem to bumble my way through this life--it has taken many trials and "do-overs" to accept I will never really get it all right this side of heaven. I continue to be in awe of how our lives are being re-routed...our plans re-written by a Trusted Author. All I can do is hold UNSWERVINGLY to the HOPE I have. Writing is my therapy and ministry. Books are my teachers and friends. God is my everything. |
