About me

Introduction	As a former Language Arts teacher of 20 years and a first year media specialist, I have been extremely excited about sharing a variety of books with students. The response has been incredible! Students are coming to talk books with me during their lunch periods, and the conversation in our media center is rich. Book advice and talk is being shared by students who do not even know each other, and teachers, as well as staff, are recommending books to each other. I want to continue this conversation as widely as possible. That is why I am choosing to blog. I'll feature a title and would love to share discussion on it. I am also open to new titles...perhaps some suggestions on books of a similar nature so that I can provide the best guidance for students and teachers in seeking a book. In the meantime, I look forward to further conversation. Happy Reading!
