Introduction	I was born in Portland, Oregon, but moved to Pendleton when I was about 5 yrs old, so I spent most of my younger years there. I've been playing the piano since I was 6, violin since I was 8. I taught myself guitar and then taught a folk guitar class during the summers of my high school years. I played in a Bluegrass Band during High School and College. I attended BYU where I met my husband, Ron. I've played in a Piano Trio for several years, and have directed choirs for as long as I can remember. I'm pretty easy going, and like to always see what is "over the next horizon." I've been teaching music since I was 18, and writing music for almost that long. My family is the most important thing in my life, along with my membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. At the present time, we live on Camano Island, Washington, where my husband is the Stake President of the Arlington Washington Stake. Ron and I love photography, and Ron has just started a new business as a landscape & portrait photography, with me as his creative partner. We have 8 granchildren, and wish that we lived closer to them so we could see them more often.
