Introduction	I enjoy process improvement and re-engineering, taking the "work out of the work". I thrive in challenges and seek difficult assignments. I have passion around project management and am an active volunteer for Project Management Institute. I'm an Agile advocate, specializing in utilizing Scrum/Kanban frameworks in organizations for continuous improvement. I enjoy working in technology space and innovating/implementing new solutions for the users. I don't prefer the term "job security". I rather be part of a change that will increase an organization's potential instead of being status quo. On a personal note, I'm trying to live a healthy life-style, which includes Paleo and integrating it with Cross-Fit.
