| Introduction | I am the poetry editor for Soundzine and I've lived (so far) within the borders of Montana since being born into a family with story-telling ways.I am not good at small talk and tend to converse more than make statements. I am a poet and am working on my second book of poetry in between writing serious nonfiction books for a publisher which specializes in Young Adult books. Because I can't get enough of poetry, I also assist on the editorial staffs at The Centrifugal Eye and Fifth Wednesday Journal. Like Clark Kent, I have day jobs and hide behind my glasses. At night I write with two dogs at my feet and a cell phone that keeps me just one click away from my kids and friends. On my rickety kitchen table is an old enamel blue bowl of rocks from friends who have traveled outside the borders and have brought me rocks as proof that the world does not end at the border crossing. |
