Favorite Movies I am rubbish with film and always fall asleep before the end. My husband is fierce for choosing movies that make you miserable. That said, recently I liked the Marigold Hotel and a movie a friend recommended that I've forgotten the name of.
Favorite Music I have recently fallen in love with Apple Music and will never be able to give it up before I have to start paying. I have rediscovered my musical backdrop and I am loving it. So my revisited favourite are David Bowie, The Pixies, The Cure... and more will follow. My favourite song is still America - Razorlight - such very happy memories of meeting my lovely husband.
Favorite Books Every year I ask for the Booker Prize shortlist for Christmas. Doing this has meant that I read so many texts that I would never normally even look at. Two years in I have loved nearly every book I have read and have entirely expanded my reading material. Absolute favourite books? Lessons in Love by Bernadine Bishop is fab, I love Doris Lessing, Maggie O'Farrell and a book called Sweetness in the Belly by Camilla Gibb. I'm not really into violence in books but do like a quick read on a sunny day - the kind of book that 'happens to you' rand is finished in a day. I'd say my favourite books are thought provoking and life affirming - the kind that make you feel glad to be alive.

You've just inherited a manufacturing plant that specializes in plastics. What are you going to make?

Plastic bottles that don't deteriorate with age...actually I'm going to invest everything in the bank (I'm hoping it's going be a couple of £bn) to research how to make plastics a little bit more environmentally friendly.
