| Introduction | A few years ago I made a lifestyle change from conventional house and debt to small space, off grid, no debt... Freedom living... on wheels so that I can go where the mood, weather, interests, places and people take me. I want to laugh, dance, sing, paint, take better photos, observe and be more aware, read, listen to music, meet more people and very importantly learn to be more self sufficient. I had a 6 meter white plastic motor home which was my 'magic carpet' then changed to a 1970 Bedford VAS, an old school bus,that has more character and embraces me as 'home'. I was born in Christchurch, New Zealand. I grew up, went to school and got married there. 1964 I moved to Wellington for 11 years where I bred and raised 3 children who are now adults living round the world. I have also lived in Auckland and Melbourne. My careers have been in Secretarial and more recently Counseling and Human Behavior - an unending source of fascination. I have traveled the world but New Zealand always calls me back. |
