| Introduction | I am the proud mother of 3 wonderful children, one of whom happens to be special needs. After she was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome I did everything I could to feel better and it usually involved fast food, margaritas, and Ruffles chips. 15 pounds and almost 3 years later I have decided enough is enough. I have always flip flopped on eating really really healthy to eating really really unhealthy. I am determined to make a change, of course with occasional treats and rewards. I am cleaning myself out, getting rid of bad habits, and finding my happy in good food, really really good food. |
