| Favorite Books | When I went to my interview for graduate school the Dean of the Liberal Arts College asked me, "What is your favorite book?" My response was, "That is like asking a parent to pick thier favorite child. I can't do that." She didn't really like my response and then said, "Well if you were trapped on a desert island and could only have one book, which book would you choose?" My response, "The largest anthology ever printed." I don't think she appreciated that either. |
