Currently works in the Department of Budget and Management Services for the Cook County Government. Also he has been the pastor of Emmanuel Community Church in Chicago, IL for the past 11 years. Steven received his master's degree from Concordia University and has studied through the Chicago Consortium Of Theological Seminaries at Northern Baptist Seminary, Chicago Theological Seminary and McCormick Theological Seminary. He's married to Carla and has four children.
