Introduction	Ideas have to sneak up on me while I'm doing other stuff: the day job, being a mum, and the rest. I started this blog to capture and share some of those fleeting ideas before they disappear under a pile of other chores. To be human is to make patterns out of our seemingly random experiences, as someone once said, and I want to explore how putting two disparate items together can lead to a pattern, a picture, perhaps even a story.
