Introduction	For anyone who happens across this blog I am a Crossfit Level 1 (CF-L1) trainer. This blog isn't a business or an affiliate. I am not doing it for money. I am simply coaching my wife while she is in Afghanistan. I am also studying to become a brewer. Someday I plan to open a gym, a brewpub or both.
Interests	Fitness, Beer, Sports
Favorite movies	Who cares, really? Let's say Field of Dreams because I went there with my family. Hoosiers, Shawshank Redemption, Rocky. . . I love anything where a person overcomes insurmountable odds.
Favorite music	Whatever makes me happy. Admittedly I am currently searching for what my new sound will be. I have lost interest in much of the music that used to be my soundtrack.
Favorite books	The Marx-Engels Reader. How is that for an eye-opener. Right now all am I reading is Chemistry. Does that count?
