Introduction	This girl is just a shoe short of being a legit runner. What I really do is run just fast enough not to be considered a speed walker (and that's even questionably). I'm a nurse, a mother and a wife and on occasion a domestic goddess with some OCD issues. Optimism isn't my strong suit, but I do love sarcasm and this seems to mesh well with my love/hate relationship with running. I'd like to be as healthy as possible, but I'm not gonna give up my delicious starchy, sugary foods. And if you don't like it then that's too bad cause these doughnuts are delicious. P.S. If you don't like what I have to say, stop reading.
