Introduction	Madeline Gonyea is a quirky and multi-faceted person. Commonly known as Madde, Little Bit, or Mo, she has developed a sunny disposition despite the fact that it rains perpetually in the Emerald Valley. She cannot be pigeonholed into any particular group—her family cannot even confine her under the Gonyea roof. That is not to say that Madde is a rebellious and intractable soul, but she is no wallflower to say the least. Madde has solid opinions and is vocal about almost every issue that crosses her path from fashion to child safety and welfare, and the weather, all the way to beliefs about afterlife and the meaning of existence in this world. Madde believes that attitude is one of the only things in our singular life that we have control over, and she believes wholeheartedly in contributing to the community around her with positivity, irreverent humor, and enthusiasm. Madde believes in living life without the emergency break on. She also believes that this life is too precious and fun to just end at death—there has to be a greater power, and greater good to take us to a place where our energy and soul can go on. Madeline Gonyea also knows herself; in fact she is writing this now.
