| Introduction | Sandha Uthpalawee is a published author, illustrator and the founder and a directress of Thrimana Publications (Pvt) Ltd. Sandha Uthpalawee penned and illustrated the famous children’s book series “Kacha Kacha Simona” and published several other publications in Sinhalese and English languages. Uthpala Madhuwanthi aka Sandha Uthpalawee is a Bachelor’s degree holder of University of Moratuwa on Fashion design and product development and holds a Post Graduate Diploma from The Open University of Sri Lanka. She works as a visiting lecturer for several institutes in Sri Lanka on fashion design and product development. |
