| Introduction | I am the proud mother of two children and a grand-son. My husband and I live near Uppsala, Sweden. I am a teacher and part-time crafts-woman. Ten years ago, a passion for wool and felting started. Wool is a great material, but recently I felt the need for a new passion! I have always been intrested in faces and drawing. Strangely enough I also had a ‘fear’ of painting my drawings! How do ‘get into’ something new? Well, I think it’s a combination between dreaming, reading, discussing and searching the net. And then, WOW! You find something that interests you, something that gets your heart beating a bit faster. I found that in clothdoll-making! I ordered some books from the US och got started! There is nothing like a new love and passion! To enter a new world and explore it in your own pace... to dream and fantasize about your new creations to come... The woolen roving? It’s now going anywhere and maybe there are new exiting combinations coming up? How knows? Your imagination is your only limit! |
