| Introduction | Joseph was reared in South Dakota & Oklahoma, an entrepreneur & small businessman, holding a bachelors degree in accounting & business administration. An Honored Member of Stanford Who's Who, along with membership in additional educational & professional affiliations. A past organizer of major fundraising activities for the victims & survivors of the OKC Bombing in 1995, with recognition from then President Bill Clinton & former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, & additional recognition from then Governor of Oklahoma, Frank Keating. Prior to retirement, Joseph wrote a book; he is also active in politics. In retirement, Joseph spends a great deal of time as Director of Oscar's Foundation, a Public Non-profit animal protection/welfare charitable organization 501(c)(3) in the State of Oklahoma registered under the Solicitation of Charitable Contributions Act.
