| Introduction | I've been actively involved with Citrix, terminal services and Virtualization since 1997. Since that time I've taught thousands of people Citrix technologies from WinFrame to Presentation server 4.0 and now EdgeSight and Netscaler. I've designed, implemented and taught Citrix and Microsoft Terminal Services solutions for foutune 50 companies as well as government agencies such as the National Security Agency. Last year my company was awarded the coveted CALC (Citrix Authorized Learning Center) of the Quarter award by Citrix and I was invited to be a panelist for the CCI (Citrix Certified Instructor) Advisory Council. I was also an original member of the CALC Advisory Council and one of the first Citrix CCEA certified individuals in the world (I still have the jacket!). Today I continue to design and implement highly available Citrix\Virtualized solutions and bring that experience into the classroom to share with students.
