| Introduction | I am in my 30's. I am the third of five children. I was raised in a Christian home and recognize Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. It's a relationship, not a religion for me. That said, I am also human and I make mistakes often. I am thankful for the grace I live in daily. My husband and I were married in June of 2002. We have two cats, which we love dearly. I am a knitter, though by no means superior in skill. I knit mostly for a hobby. My husband and I have been diagnosed with infertility and have been on this journey since January of 2004. We have had six fertility treatments (seven if you include living a gluten-free lifestyle) along this journey. Our most recent treatment (a frozen embryo transfer) resulted in a positive pregnancy test. We are currently praying for the continued health and growth of the life inside of me today. |
