About me

Introduction	I think I inherited my interests from my parents and grandparents. My love of gardening comes from my grandparents. My grandmother loved growing roses. She planted a tree for each of her grandchildren. My grandfather faithfully grew tomatoes every year even though he wouldn't eat them. My love of technology comes from my father and my grandfather. My father was an audiophile who built his own "hi-fi" in the 1960's and tinkered with his stereo, beginning in the 1970's and continuing throughout his life. My grandfather was a ham radio operator and spoke to people from all around the world. It was his early form of social networking! Since I can trace my interests back to my parents and grandparents, it is no surprise that I love technology and gardening!
