Introduction	Let me introduce myself...My husband thinks I'm ridiculous, but I like it that way. Why start a blog? I am constantly on the go and tend to get in way over my head...which makes my life hilarious (I think so anyways).... I'm half-Korean/Caucasion....or Amer-asian...or the asianpersuasion)..I recently got married...I recently decided to get my doctoral degree...I recently remodeled my whole house....and most recently discovered I may be allergic to gluten (the staple ingredient in most American foods)...I'm constantly up for new challenges...life's too short to not make the most of it, so I thought blogging about it could be fun.
