IntroductionEmily Campbell joined The Center for Community Solutions in May 2007 and currently serves as Policy and Planning Associate specializing in federal tax and budget advocacy. She has coordinated meetings of the Human Service Advocates Network (HSAN), facilitated Community Solutions’ federal budget training (Washington, DC) and state budget training (Columbus), and conducted research on issues including human capital, state fiscal matters, and federal budget issues. She recently served as visibility coordinator on the successful health and human services levy campaign, Issue 15, for Cuyahoga County. Prior to joining Community Solutions, Ms. Campbell served as Special Projects Coordinator for U.S. Congressman Tim Murphy in Pittsburgh, PA. In that role, she worked on economic development issues, built relationships with constituent groups, and assisted organizations seeking federal funds. Ms. Campbell completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU), where she received a Master of Arts in Political Science.
