| Introduction | Well I love life, everything it has to offer, the good, the bad and the FOOD! Peace Love and Bacon I am surrounded by a terrific family and wonderful friends and I love creating new dishes for them. I get excited when faced with the freshest of ingredients and I love thinking what to do with them and what flavors will blend and what just won’t work. A dear friend said to me the other day that when I talk about food, my face lights up, yeah I’ll take is as a complement. Not to mention she loves my cooking. I DO NOT hold grudges because life is too short and I believe in second chances. And I live my life with no apologies, why apologize for who you are? And most of all I don’t want to go through life saying “what if” I want to say WOW what a freaking RIDE! |

| Favorite Music | All music! When cooking I love AD/DC or Opera it all depends what I am cooking! Cleaning the house...the 70's and the 80's When Driving, anything I turn up and sing along with and yes my windows are down! |
