Introduction	My name is Joanna Opaskar. By day I'm a technical writer for the human spaceflight program, and by night I can usually be found teaching or attending a wine class. I'm passionate about wine, food, writing, and geeky charts. I'm especially interested in French wine and Texas wine. This blog is where I'll be sharing my continuing adventures in learning and teaching wine. So far I've completed the following certifications: - Certified Specialist of Wine - International Sommelier Guild levels 1 & 2 - WSET levels 1 & 2 - French Wine Scholar My goal is to share my wine fascination with others and help them navigate the oft-confusing world of wine with more success and confidence!
