Introduction I've been creating art since childhood. My earliest efforts included some writings and small comic books about ghosts and skeletons. Later on, my interests shifted to painting, and I decided that this was something that I wanted to do in life. I enjoy working in different media: pencil and colored pencils on paper, pen and ink, acrylic paints, oil on canvas or wood. Mixing styles and techniques is very exciting and enables me to express myself in a better way. I don't think that I could work only in one medium and be committed to just one theme for all my life, because when my mood changes, my subjects change too. Umbrellas, rain, empty streets, and vegetables are some of my favorite things to draw. However, using very bright, strong colors in big canvases led me to more humorous subjects like creatures on wheels instead of legs or even smiling worms. Some of my pieces are inspired by Leonard Cohen's songs and poetry, for example: drawings "Freshly Cut Tears," "Famous Blue Raincoat," or "Hearts Burning in Hell." The smallest picture that I've ever produced was 1-inch by 1.5-inches, the largest was 5-feet by 9-feet.
