Ok. Well, breaking the goat's neck, get its head off (possible help of slinky)then use one of horns to slice through belly skin, get intestines, make rope, Tie head to intestine-rope, throw up the well to either the outside edge, using it as a grappling hook, climb up... +1 slinky in inventory, climb out of well, then enjoy slinky.
