| Introduction | I have been employed by NCHA since April 2005 and have managed various Projects including Grantham Foyer, Carrington Supported Housing, Corporation Oaks and most recently am working on secondment at Clumber Court. I am thrilled to be managing the Build For Better Lives team. The team has been selected following a rigorous interview process and several team building days. I am very proud of the Service Users that will be joining us and I know the experience will be life changing for us all. I would like to take the opportunity to thank all the people involved in the background that have worked tirelessly over the past 2 years to make this ultimate work experience happen.
