| Introduction | I am 28 years old & a Registered Nurse by trade. I am married to my high school sweet heart & the most wonderful man alive...James Dixon. To date, we've been together for over 13 years & will have been married for 6 years on June 23rd. I have the most amazing parents in the world, who were so supportive throughout the whole infertility process. Even more so than I gave them credit for in the beginning of our "trying-to-conceive" journey. I also have a younger sister who has always been there for me no matter what. Some of our most supportive crowd, have been our friends. I have some of the best friends a girl could ask for. Most of which I often take for granted. But I am so glad they are always willing to give me that shoulder to lean on when needed. This blog, I hoped, was going to give me the chance to finally share a lot of what I had been feeling for the last 6 years... without judgement & without expectations. And it did just that! But now there's a twist to this infertility blog...James & I have adopted a beautiful baby boy, Tytus! We've been with him from day one & I honestly cannot imagine being anything in life other than Ty's mommy! Here is our new story...Enjoy! |
