| Introduction | Joshua Horrocks is a United States Marine with a passion for fresh food, cooking and the best of Wine and Spirits. He grew up in an Italian-American family under a Step Father who was a Chef for nearly 20 years. Joshua's philosophy is to cook from scratch, using the best and freshest ingredients available. He now spends much of his spare time searching for local gems within the Coastal Carolina farming, fishing and grocer community, in order to show people how much healthier, easier and cheaper cooking fresh can be. |
