About me

Industry Real Estate
Occupation Ranch Broker
Location Sun Valley, Idaho
Introduction Natives of the southeast, my wife, Cecile, and I moved to Sun Valley in 1994. After spending my first summer working at Silver Creek Outfitters, I took a position with the Idaho Nature Conservancy (TNC) that fall where I spent the next 8 years involved with conservation real estate activities around the state. With these experiences as background, I left TNC in 2003 and joined Hall and Hall Ranch Brokers. I became a partner of Hall and Hall in 2004. My business takes me across a wide territory and involves travel to British Columbia and South America’s Patagonia region. I'm a director of the Wood River Land Trust, and I spent 4 years on the City of Hailey's Planning and Zoning Commission addressing local land use and development issues. I'm a dedicated fly fisherman and upland bird hunter and spend much of my free time prospecting the streams of central Idaho for wild trout and climbing the local hills for grouse and chukar with my wirehair pointer, Tuck. Cecile and I have 2 children, Parker (10) and Airey (5).
