| Introduction | I have been working in hotels and restaurants since I was in my teens. Ever since my first step in the kitchen, I have pursued the same journey as any other person in the hospitality industry, the endless journey of learning. From new techniques in the kitchen to how technology has allowed restaurants to further serve their customers by tracking guest notes, I find that this journey is endless.
