Introduction	Hello! My name is Miss McGuire and I am from Tonawanda, NY. I was born in Texas, and moved to Tonawanda when I was eight years old. I have a nine year old daughter named Morgan and an amazing fiancee' named Jon. I attended Buffalo State College for my Bachelor's in Childhood Education with a concentration in history. I graduated in December 2008. I then began my Master's program in Literacy at Medaille College. I finished the program in December 2010. I currently am teaching 5th grade at Niagara Charter School. I am part of various committees in the school. I currently serve on the fundraising committee, school leadership team, host and run our bi-weekly community circle, and plan implement various functions held at NCS as well as within the community. I truly believe that being involved in the school is true collaboration and support for both the families, staff, and most importantly the students that I serve. Interests	I enjoy teaching, traveling, reading, shopping, a warm cup of tea, scrap booking, and volunteering to help others.
Favorite movies	I enjoy any Disney movie as well as any movie that started as book! :)

Favorite books	The Bible, How to Eat Fried Worms, The Chocolate Touch, Hunger Games Series, Goosebumps, Mike Lupica series, as well as the Percy Jackson series.
