| Introduction | After graduating HS in 1999, I moved to Baton Rouge, La, to attend Louisiana State University (undeniably one of the most beautiful college campuses in the country). I suspected I’d do what most management graduates at LSU do in search of success… move to a bigger city. Instead, a different path was paved. In 2002, I started working for a little restaurant company, Raising Cane’s and I fell in love with Baton Rouge (the red stick)… with the people, the traditions, the city’s incredible potential. I made a commitment to stay in Louisiana and enjoy it for what it is. In December of 2009, ten years later, my life took a major turn when I was accepted into Tulane University's executive MBA Program and decided to move to Dallas to work out of the Plano office. I’m a person with an opinion about almost everything. There is no halfway… do it 100% or get out of the game. I love my job at Cane’s - Director of Development with a highly entrepreneurial, award-winning, restaurant chain. I’m passionate about a lot of causes. I think it is important to get involved and step up in your profession and community. Want to know more? Just read the blog! |

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?
No, everyone knows that it is a myth that the table fork was introduced to the West during the Middle Ages, as the Romans used forks for serving. The fork, as an apparent serving utensil, is also mentioned in the Hebrew Bible. Gotta love Wikipedia... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fork
