| Introduction | Born and raised in Montreal meant a childhood of street hockey, hockey cards and amazing playoff runs. It wasn't until I was 9 that I would see a Habs game live, at The Forum. Despite an 8-3 whipping at the hands of the 'Hawks it was the best moment of my short life. A few years later I was playing in that very building 3 weeks before they melted the ice for good. The third of my most memorable Habs moments was being at Saku's comeback game. That night it was about more than just hockey, it was about the celebration of a true champion. Maybe the geatest moment of Saku's life, definitley the greatest of mine. The Habs have been my passion my whole life and wherever I have lived I have brought that passion with me. Living now in the barren lands of Manitoba I never miss a game as I have truly learned that the Habs are Canada's team. |
