| Introduction | Kimberly is the previous Project Manager of the Fiji Water Supply and Treatment Project, leaving the post when she moved to Portland, Oregon. She has been volunteering with the Engineers Without Borders-San Francisco Professionals Chapter since 2006. Kimberly is a licensed Civil Engineer in California and Oregon, holding an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Nevada Reno.
