Introduction	I am a pretty much down to earth guy. I committed my life to the hospitality industry when i was 15 years old and since that i started to explore new things, new regions and new creation of this unique and so different world. After i finished my apprenticeship in Salzburg, Austria i went to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Grand Cayman for work. After all i learned so much in each country and tasted so many new wines what just made me more and more interested and now i would like to share my experience and impressions with all of you.
