Introduction	I am mommy to 3 beautiful children, Healthy, smart and full of life. Watching them and then looking around the world has really pushed me to not only protect my children, but to love their insides as much as their outsides. My 3rd child had a horrible allergic reaction to her first set of shots. A 5 in 1 Pediarix. After watching my 2 month old gasp for air with a blue and purple distended stomach, I realized shots were not for our family anymore. After the shots I became increasingly aware of what actually goes into our childrens OTC medicines, foods, laundry soaps, etc. Everywhere you turn there is some kind of poison or chemical just waiting... SO I have tried to find simpler ways to live that minimize our absorption of those things. Follow me as I learn new ways to make my family a little healthier by living a little more organically.
